We are making an effort to secure Long Reach High School for all camps to use, but alternate locations may be used as needed. We will make sure all participants are made aware of any updates.

WAIVERS AND AWARENESS REQUIREMENTS
​All Waivers & Releases MUST be reviewed & agreed-to at time of payment
1. Camper Agreement, Fitness, & Liability Release Form
2. Concussion Awareness
3. Sudden Cardiac Arrest Information Awareness

CANCELLATION POLICY
NOTE: Coaches may cancel camp due to low enrollment. Please register early to aid our coaches in planning.

Cancellations before June 15 receive a refund minus a $15 fee.
Cancellations after June 15 receive a refund minus a 25% fee.
No refunds will be offered after the start of camp.

Staff and student athletes must NOT come to camp with any of the following symptoms:  new onset cough or shortness of breath, fever over 100.4 or chills within the past 24 hours, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.

Camps will follow local public health guidance and requirements will be consistent with at-the-time-of-camp HCPSS guidelines.
